My Care Advice is a website with a comparison tool, to help families source care at home. We work with a number of leading care providers in the UK, and also operate a free advice line for families looking for care. How do you make money?

Our service is completely free to users. Care providers pay us a fixed fee for each enquiry we send through to them. My Care Advice aims to provide you with all of the information from the best matched provider for your needs, including costs, services and availability. We don't rank based on commission so you can be sure you are getting the best deal.

Who do you work with?

‍We only work with care providers who are either rated at a minimum of ‘Good’ overall by the care quality commission (CQC), or newly registered but inspected.

CQC is the regulatory body of care services in the UK. Our service doesn’t provide details of all care providers in your region, as some don’t wish to join the service – and others do not meet our own guidelines on quality, however we aim to provide as broad a possible number of results so you can make an informed decision about the right provider for you.

Can I trust the results you provide?

‍Our service is objective, and we don’t provide specific advice on what provider to choose. We just display the results of the most suitable care provider for your locally based on the information you provide. The most well-matched care providers will contact you to establish how they can help.

We have many years of experience in the care sector, and would only recommend providers we know are a right fit for your requirements and are compliant with their responsibilities as a care provider.
